Our sages developed another immortal classic known as Puranas, which contains of seed of Astrology too. Karmas & Karmaphala ( every deed-good or bad has its results) is the domain of astrology. It is a science of the influence of the planets & stars on human & terrestrial affairs. The planetary motions, their positions & time do have effects on us all. It’s a divine science which corelates astronomical movements of planets with physical , psychic & atmik ( soul’s) responses. The basic assumption that the Law of Karma & theory of Cause & effect is genuine & there is continuity of life even after physical death. This divine knowledge helps one to find the purpose of this birth, what’s our pending karma & what’s that our soul want. This science should be used more to navigate towards the right path of life rather than for mere predictive purpose.
